HAND Property Management

HAND Property Management Company (HPMC) is an affiliated non-profit company of Nevada HAND, Inc. (NHI). HPMC’s purpose is to act as the owner’s agent for NHI-related partnerships in providing full property management services throughout NHI’s affordable housing portfolio.

Founded in 2001, HPMC now manages 20 apartment communities in the Las Vegas valley encompassing 2,070 affordable units under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. HPMC’s properties serve seniors and families earning 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income for Clark County.

HPMC’s fiduciary capacity on behalf of our owners include:

o Supervisory oversight of all property operations
o Capital and operational budgeting
o Affirmative marketing and leasing
o Rent collection
o Maintenance and repair
o Human resource recruitment, training and supervision of site level property management     personnel
o Strict tax credit compliance monitoring to ensure resident qualifications
o Full property management accounting and reporting
o Adherence to Fair Housing and Nevada landlord/tenant law

HPMC works closely with HNI’s Resident Services and Transportation Departments to enable the delivery of supportive services that go beyond the housing value and living environments all NHI communities provide.
