Founded in February of 1999, HAND Development is a nonprofit
Board controlled subsidiary of Nevada, H.A.N.D., who acts
as the developing agent on behalf of real estate transactions.
This involves the large undertaking of securing project financing
for acquisition and rehabilitation as well as entitlements
(zoning). |
