HAND Construction

Incorporated in February of 1997, HAND Construction is a Board controlled affiliate working for Nevada H.A.N.D. as a general contractor.

HAND Construction Company performs cost estimates of new projects as well as renovations of existing projects, prepares work and bid specifications for proposed projects, oversees all field superintendents, and coordinates with the President of Nevada H.A.N.D. in developing affordable housing for Nevada’s low and moderate income families.

HAND Construction utilizes a collective team of locally licensed and bondable subcontractors along with its own personnel of project managers, assistant project managers, and Executive VP to oversee this department. A full time office staff is also available to handle all administrative activities including permitting, bidding, contracting, accounting, and processing of compliance requirements.

HAND Construction holds an “unlimited contractors license” in the state of Nevada and is responsible for the design and construction of Nevada H.A.N.D. properties.
