The development costs were financed through a variety of public and private partners
• The State of Nevada provided $100,000 in Low Income Housing Trust Funds
• Clark County provided $518,000 in Federal HOME funds
• The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco awarded an AHP Grant of $229,500
• Lennar Affordable Communities provided the equity by purchasing Low Income Tax Credits    issued by the Nevada Housing Division
• Wells Fargo provided approximately $2,500,000 in construction financing
• California Federal Bank provided approximately $1,400,000 in permanent financing
