The development costs were financed through a variety of public and private partners
• City of Las Vegas provided $525,000 in Federal HOME funds
• The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco awarded an AHP Grant of $425,000
• Lennar Affordable Communities provided the equity by purchasing Low Income Tax Credits     issued by the Nevada Housing Division
• Wells Fargo provided $4,000,000 in construction financing
• California Federal Bank provided approximately $600,000 in permanent financing
