The development costs were financed through a variety of public and private partners
• The Nevada Housing Division issued the bonds and tax credits
• Fannie Mae provided the credit enhancement through ARCS Mortgage
• Nevada State Bank provided the construction financing of approximately $11,000,000
• The City of Henderson provided $150,000 in federal HOME funds and $100,000 in Low Income    Housing Trust Funds
