The development costs were financed through a variety of public and private partners
• Lennar Affordable Communities purchased the Low Income Housing Tax Credits issued by the    Nevada Housing Division
• Fannie Mae provided the credit enhancement through Red Mortgage Capitol
• City of Henderson provided $20,000 in Federal HOME funds
