• 6 townhouses for households earning less than 45% area median income
• 36 townhouses for households earning less than 50% area median income
• 168 townhouses for households earning less than 60% area median income

The development costs were financed through a variety of public and private partners
• Lennar Affordable Communities provided the equity by purchasing Low Income Tax Credits issued by the Nevada Housing Division
• Fannie Mae provided the permanent financing, and Bank of America, Community Development Bank, provided the construction financing
