The development costs were financed through a variety of public and private partners
• The state of Nevada provided $150,000 in Low Income Housing Trust Funds and Federal HOME    funds
• Clark County provided $50,000 in Federal HOME funds
• The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco provided a $950,000 affordable housing grant
• Nevada State Bank provided approximately $15,000,000 in construction financing
• The Nevada Housing Division issued the tax-exempt bonds and Low Income Housing Tax
• Fannie Mae provided the credit enhancement through ARCS Mortgage
