Decatur Pines 2 is a new affordable senior (55+) community of 75 apartments opening in September 2012. We’re located in beautiful Northwest Las Vegas, between Centennial Hills and Aliante. Decatur Pines 2 has easy access to the 215 Beltway, Aliante Casino & Hotel, public library, parks, shopping and dining options.  Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. New residents must be income qualified.   

Our leasing office is located at 6741 N. Decatur Blvd., Bldg 2, Las Vegas, NV 89131.

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.
