Pacific Pines 4 is a new affordable senior (55+) community of 62 apartments opening in February 2012 in the historic Water District of Henderson, Nevada. Pacific Pines, Phase 4 is located within easy walking distance of shopping, public parks and activities, with easy access to public transportation.

Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis to establish the order in which all units in the building will be filled. Potential residents must be income qualified and approved under the Resident Selection Criteria.
