Leasing Consultant
|
Nevada H.A.N.D., Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a family property. This person will be responsible for move-ins and lease renewals,
qualifying prospects, preparing lease documents under tax credit program. Completing all paperwork and activities to ensure a timely move-in.
Must have knowledge of all state, federal, and local laws relating to Fair Housing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Shows apartments and explains LIHTC Program to prospects.
- Closes the lease.
- Knowledge of local, state and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations including Fair Housing
- Markets the property through outreach efforts.
- Aggressive pre-marketing and pre-leasing abilities
- Lease up experience a plus
- Good social service skills preferred
- Yardi proficiency a plus
- Must be able to obtain a work card
- Section 42 compliance experience a plus

Property Manager - Internal |
Nevada H.A.N.D., Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for one of our properties. This person will be responsible to coordinate all marketing and compliance activities as well as lead the daily operations of our community. Must also meet financial objectives at the section 42 property.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years experience in property management preferably in the capacity of the Assistant Manager or Manager
- Train, direct and supervise all personnel
- Knowledge of local, state and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations including Fair Housing
- Ability to read and work within a budget
- Aggressive pre-marketing and pre-leasing abilities
- Lease up experience a plus
- Good social service skills preferred
- Yardi proficiency a plus
- Must be able to obtain a work card
- Section 42 compliance experience a plus
- Must have a High School Diploma

Resident Services Coordinator |
Nevada H.A.N.D., Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to implement programs, services and activities which enable and empower residents to live
independently in a cooperative community environment; coordination work within the department as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to
the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with monitoring and assigning activities of volunteers, interns and services of the residents relating to such programs.
- Have familiarity with assessments of residents.
- Must be able to connect residents with appropriate resources based on the identified need and document such connection.
- Experience with community groups available for the residents necessity.
- Minimum of two years experience in a related position.
- Must be able to obtain a work card.
