Minimum Qualifications
• Prepare journal entries.
• Analysis of revenue and expenses and preparation of bank reconciliations.
• Post accounts payable batches.
• Edit and post all cash receipts.
• Must be proficient with all Microsoft Applications and 10-key by touch.
• Property Management experience a plus.

Maintenance Assistant
Nevada H.A.N.D., Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant that will be assigned specific duties under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. General duties include but not limited to: plumbing, carpentry, grounds keeping, cleaning common areas, and assisting in the achievement of the property’s annual budget plan.
Minimum Qualifications
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in all on-site functions.
• Make certain all service requests are completed in a timely fashion.
• Make regular inspections of grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures.
• Have experience working on an apartment site.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal laws governing tenant / landlord relations including Fair Housing.
• Perform cleaning duties (i.e., mopping, dusting, vacuuming) as needed.
• Must be able to obtain a work card.
• HVAC and Pool Certification.
• Must have own transportation.

Resident Services Coordinator
Nevada H.A.N.D., Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to implement programs, services and activities which enable and empower residents to live independently in a cooperative community environment; coordination work within the department as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience with monitoring and assigning activities of volunteers, interns and services of the residents relating to such programs.
• Have experience with assessments of residents.
• Must be able to connect residents with appropriate resources based on the identified need and document such connection.
• Experience with community groups available for the residents necessity.
• Minimum of two years experience in a related position.
• Must be able to obtain a work card.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
